Celeb Thinspiration and My Ana Journal

Okay first, I thought I would share a little bit of what I put in my Ana Journal.
I have a list that looks like this:
date:    weight:    calories:    weight lost:
And I fill that out everyday. I also have a section where I write exactly what I ate for the day.
One of my entries looks like this:

Saturday, August 4th -  
Grapefruit - 90
Sugar - 30
Tomato soup - 150

Total - 270

And it has a check mark by the date, since I stayed within my calories intake goal for the day, which was 500. When I go over, I write how many calories I went over the total.
Like if I ate 600 on that day, I would put -100, meaning a should have eaten 100 less calories that day. It helps me keep pretty motivated. I also keep pictures, goals, quotes, reasons I want to lose, and anything else that will help keep me triggered.
Here are some of my favorite quotes I've found, ones that work well:

I have a list of safe foods, and a list of food that I can not eat.
I started with a really long list of 'bad foods' and I crossed one off each day, meaning I could never ever eat that food again. I've only got a few left to cross out, then I'll make another list. This method works really well.
I also just write 'Food is bad. Food is bad. Food is bad.' and things like that over and over again. I'm going to need another notebook soon. Maybe a bigger one....

Something else I do is I have two small jars that have blue stone in them, one holds the pounds I have to lose, one holds what I've already lost. It works really well.

Anyone have any good tips for staying on track and losing weight? I'm doing pretty okay, you can see the pounds dropping. Still 135.5, though. Not good enough.
