Day Two:
Calories: (800 calories) 10 points
Water: (2 liters) 20 points
Exercise: (about 45 minutes of exercising and walking) 10 points
Sleep: (9 hours) 20 points
Day Two Total: 60 points out of a possible 80 points
Over all total: 110 points out of a possible 160
